Jeremy Schwartz is the current Impact Fellow and Associate Professor of Economics in the Selllinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland. His area of research encompasses Labor Ecoomics, Computational Economics, and Macroeconomcis. His published papers address a wide variety of policy questions ranging from the optimal design of unemployment insurance and evaluating the cost and benefits of the City of Baltimore’s move to universally require landlords to obtain a license. To complete his research Professor Schwartz has received grants from the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research and the National Science Foundation. Professor Schwartz received his B.S. from Boston College and Ph.D. from the George Washington University.
